Andrew Kerr (civil servant)
Andrew Kerr is the current Chief Executive of the Unitary Authority, Wiltshire Council in South England.
Kerr was born in Falkirk and formerly worked for Birmingham Council, before becoming Chief Executive on North Tyneside Council, and took over the top job at Wiltshire Council from Dr Keith Robinson.〔

"He (Kerr) has listened to the strong feelings expressed by council staff and Wiltshire communities and agrees that accepting an annual increment in the current difficult circumstances is not appropriate."〔
